LoTA was set a target by the PGM on a pro rata time basis
LoTA achieved Vice Patron (80%) by the first regular meeting in March 2017 and the PGM presented the WM with the VP Certificate.
Patron (100%) was achieved by the second meeting
A Grand Patron (120%) certificate is to be presented at the March 2018 meeting.
The Lodge has also made generous donations to the RDA (Riding for the Disabled) charity based at Little Gaddesdon Herts as one of the WMs chosen charities, his wife very actively supports the RDA too

Royal Masonic Trust for Girls and Boys (www.rmtgb.org )

The Royal Masonic Trust for Girls and Boys is a charity funded by Freemasons which aims to relieve poverty and advance education for children and young people. In addition to their main grant-making work, they also support young people with exceptional talents and those who need financial assistance in order to embrace life-changing opportunities. They award grants to both national and local children’s charities and provide in-kind support to their separate but subsidiary charity Lifelites.

Masonic Samaritan Fund (www.msfund.org.uk )

The Masonic Samaritan Fund is a charity funded by Freemasons and their families. We provide grants to eligible beneficiaries who have an identified health or care need and, faced with a long wait for treatment, care or support, are unable to afford their own private care.

Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution (www.rmbi.org.uk )

The RMBI has been caring for older Freemasons and their dependants for over 160 years. They operate 17 residential care homes across England and Wales offering high quality care. Many of their Homes are registered for both residential and nursing care and a number offer specialist dementia care.

Freemasons Grand Charity (www.grandcharity.org )

A grant-making charity dedicated to supporting people in need. Since 1980, they have made grants totalling over £100 million to thousands of individuals and national charities. The work of the Grand Charity continues a commitment to charitable support that began nearly 300 years ago in the earliest days of organised Freemasonry. All of the money they distribute is provided mainly through an annual contribution made by individual Freemasons and fundraising ‘Festivals’ held each year.
